It can be hard to decipher how large or small abstract drawings are from tightly cropped photos. These shots of a few of my recent large works are intended to help put their size in perspective.
Artworks made of paper -- cut, glued, sewn, folded, layered, tied
Drawings created with a common constraint: The max my arm can reach across my drawing board (about 44 inches :)
From Latin: "herded together." Accumulations of lines or small forms.
Created by cutting or ripping drawings or watercolors then piecing or layering the bits together
A variety of representational drawings, from my own photographs
Some experiments for larger works, some designed to be intimate in scale
